This Returns/Exchange policy outlines how you can return/exchange or seek a refund for a product (s) that you have purchased through our Platform. Under this policy:
We offer 7 days returns / exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 / actual reverse pickup charges which ever is higher will be deducted at the time of refund.
Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made within 7 days.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product.

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,
a.The purchased products(s) should be unused and in the same condition as it was shipped
b.The product(s) must have original packaging with tags.
c.The product(s) that you purchased on a sale / promotions / free product(s), then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange.
d.Once your returned product(s) is received and inspected by us further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
e.Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns. A reverse shipment fee & Forward charges of Rs 150 / actual charges whichever is higher will be charged additional.
In case of any refunds approved by Jishma Apparels Private Limited, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Refund is only applicable for prepaid order(s), the payment gets credited back to your respective Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Net banking accounts.
